The Human Resources Department provides a wide array of services to departments and employees. With over 1,500 full-time employees, this department is responsible for personnel records, personnel policy development, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, employee recognition, wellness, public information/community affairs, the customer service program, and NHCTV.
