The purpose in offering programming on NHCTV is to provide useful information about New Hanover County government and its services, programs and policies in order to enhance the public's understanding of local government. NHCTV can be viewed throughout New Hanover County on Time Warner channel 13 and Charter Communications channel 5. Broadcasts and replays of meetings are as follows: Board of County Commissioners Monday (live at either 9:00 a.m. or 5:30 p.m.) Tuesday at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday at Noon Thursday at 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Friday at 6:00 p.m. Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 P.M. All Board meetings are open to the public. If you cannot attend a meeting or watch it live on NHCTV, feel free to set your VCR or DVR. We also provide copies for you to borrow from any branch of the New Hanover County Library*. Please be aware, it generally takes a week or so before copies of meetings are made available for circulation through the library system.
