Deed of Trust

Effective October 1st: The fee for filing a deed of trust will increase from $12 to $22 for the first page. The fee would also apply to all deeds of trust submitted for rerecording and all electronicly recorded or rerecorded deeds of trust. The extra $10 will be forwarded to the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety to be credited to the Floodplain Mapping Fund.
