Programs and Services
Property Management provides four levels of services for the employees and citizens of the county: Building Maintenance and Custodial Services; Vehicle Maintenance and Street sign installation.
Building Maintenance and Custodial Services
- Provide cost efficent and quality maintenance for 41 county facilites
- Provide a safe, clean and hygienic workplace for our customers (county employees and citizens)
- Renovate and build facilities up to $125,000.00
- Provide a work enviroment conducive to reducing distractions, creating comfort and improving the quaility of air and light
- Regulate the use of energy through cost saving strategies
Vehicle Maintenance
- Provide in house maintenance service for over 500 vehicles in the county fleet
- Schedule the replacement of vehicles
Street Sign Installation
- Erect street signs according to code; citizens are the primary requestor for this service
