The following information will be necessary to complete your reservation:

• Name of park in which the reservation is being placed
• Shelter number, building, or facility to be reserved
• Date of use for the facility
• Time of use (Rates are generally for 4 hours)
• Type of event
• Name of group using facility and person requesting the reservation
• Estimated number of people attending
• Daytime telephone number, fax number, or email address.
• Full payment must be received before the confirmation on your facility will be final. 

 Athletic field reservations can only be made by calling the office at 798-7623.
