Guidelines:
1. Applicants are strongly urged to arrange a pre-plan sketch conference with the Planning Staff prior to official preliminary plan submission.
2. Meetings are held on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive.
There are no deadlines for submittal of preliminary site plans. However, agency review comments (in writing) must be received by the Planning Department no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be considered on the TRC agenda.
3. Copies of the New Hanover County Mobile Home Park Regulations, Subdivision Regulations, Zoning Ordinance and CAMA Land Use Plan may be obtained from the Planning Department. The above information, in addition to development and applications, can also be found on the County's Web site at http://www.nhcgov.com/AgnAndDpt/PLNG/Pages/OrdinancesPlans.aspx
4. The Planning Department will be happy to answer questions regarding these regulations (798-7165).
