New Hanover County Technical Review Committee (TRC) Guidelines:

1. Applicants are strongly urged to arrange a pre-plan sketch conference with the Planning Staff prior to official preliminary plan submission.

2. Meetings are held on Wednesdays (see schedule below) at 2:00 p.m. in the Engineering Conference Room 105 of the New Hanover County Government Center, 230 Government Center Drive.

There are no deadlines for submittal of preliminary site plans. However, agency review comments (in writing) must be received by the Planning Department no later than three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be considered on the TRC agenda.

3. Copies of the New Hanover County Mobile Home Park Regulations, Subdivision Regulations, Zoning Ordinance and CAMA Land Use Plan may be obtained from the Planning Department. The above information, in addition to development and applications, can also be found on the Ordinances, Plans and Reports page.
