The New Hanover County Public Law Library is located at 316 Princess Street, in room 222, in The New Hanover County Judicial Building. The Law Library is open to the public, and offers patrons a wealth of print and electronic research materials. The Law Library's operating hours are:

Monday-Thursday: 9 am to 4 pm

Friday: 9 am to 12 noon

Additional legal information can be found at the Main Library, located at 201 Chestnut St., in downtown Wilmington.  Parking is available in the parking deck on 2nd st., between Chestnut and Grace Streets.
