- Office hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Our Public Services Center administers the IDEA (Inspections Department Express Access) program developed by the Inspection Department for your convenience. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to schedule inspections and check on inspection results. Phone number: 910-798-4332 (IDEA)

- Inspectors are usually in the office from 7:30am to 8:00am
