Desktop Support Division

The User Support Division provides personal computer and telephone support to the departments of New Hanover County. Our services include equipment installation and moves, software installation, user administration, systems administration, virus protection, troubleshooting, help desk support, consulting, and other related services. We also support personal pagers, Palm Pilots, and cell phones.
