The Human Resources Department provides a wide array of services to departments and employees. With over 1,500 full-time employees, this department is responsible for personnel records, personnel policy development, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, recruitment, employee recognition, wellness and safety, the customer service program and NHCTV.
