The InterFaces group was started in 1993 as a means to communicate important Human Resources information and changes to the departmental representative(s) responsible for coordinating personnel activities.
The objectives of the program are:
- To educate and more actively involve departmental representatives in human resources programs, functional areas, and activities.
- To provide a forum for addressing frequently raised employee questions about policies and procedures, entertain suggestions regarding improvement of Human Resource services, and solicit ideas for future programs and projects.
- To provide useful information to staff people through a question-and-answer session during each meeting.
