• Consultation including review of recommended vaccinations and medications for travel to your desired area, such as typhoid, yellow fever, japanese encephalitis, & adult polio vaccinations
  
• A customized travel report detailing your travel itinerary which includes travel risks, precautions, diseases, and safety
  
• Documentation of vaccines, including required documentation for yellow fever vaccination

• Fee for each vaccine or medication – priced separately

• Call 798-6611 to schedule an appointment
  
• Appointments are available Monday through Friday – hours may vary
  
• Provide as much time as possible to receive vaccinations and/or medications for your trip (the recommended time is 4 to 6 weeks before departure)
