Health Behavior Intervention

What: Short-term counseling for pregnant and postpartum women provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, to enable effective coping with complex problems. Services include assessment of strengths, needs and skills; ongoing counseling with clear, attainable goals; and/or referrals to appropriate resources.
