The Neurology Clinic is held twice monthly at the Health Department. Local neurologists provide clinical services. Services include diagnosis and treatment of neurological problems, accessing needed supplies/services, disease management/health promotion/injury prevention counseling, and referral follow-up. Case Management is provided by a public health nurse, assisting patients with patient assistance medication programs, various clinical testing and labs ordered by physicians. For appointments call (910)798-6645
