Services include annual evaluation and quarterly monitoring of Adult Day Health Care Centers. Monitoring is done in conjunction with the Department of Social Services Adult Day Health Coordinator: Areas monitored/reviewed include emergencies, participant records, health services, medications and recertification's. A public health nurse is available for consultation during initial development and ongoing operation of each adult day health service program.
