Mr. Donald P. Blake has been a member of the New Hanover County Board of Health (NHCBH) for thirteen years, three as chairman. Mr. Blake served as the County Commissioner representative 1981-84, as the General Public-at-Large representative from 1986-91, and again as the General Public-at-Large representative from 2003 to present.Mr. Blake has been reappointed through 2008.Mr. Blake has served as Chairman of NHCBH in 1991, 2005, and has been reelected as Chairman for 2006.
