Water and Sewer Information

On July 1^st, 2008, New Hanover County and the City of Wilmington consolidated their water and sewer systems into the new, independent Cape Fear Public Utility Authority. With this consolidation, all responsibility for developing, operating and maintaining the County water and sewer systems was transferred from the New Hanover County Engineering Department to the new Authority.
