Jurisdictional Assignments

Important notice regarding jurisdictional assignments.  The assignments below for State House districts are not current and are in the process of being updated.  Please check back for updated information.

Please note the precincts with asterisks (*) have divided (often called "split") districts in either the NC House or Judicial districts. Call the Board of Elections office at 910-798-7330 or email us at newhanover.boe@ncmail.net to find out which district you live in. You may also visit Check Your Voter Registration section of our website and use the link to the NC State Board of Elections for checking your voter registration information.  Precincts containing municipal districts marked with two asterisks (**) are split between voters who live in the noted municipality and those who live outside the municipal limits.  Checking your voter registration will provide the appropriate jurisdictional assignments.
