Ted Davis, Jr., a Wilmington native, is a sole practitioner in the law practice he established in 1984. He received his J. D. Degree from Wake Forest University Law School after receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served as a former Assistant New Hanover County Attorney, Assistant District Attorney for the 13th Judicial District of North Carolina, and an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
