Property Management

Property Management provides four levels of services for the employees and citizens of the county: Building Maintenance and Custodial Services; Vehicle Maintenance and Street sign installation.

Building Maintenance and Custodial Services

• Provide cost efficent and quality maintenance for 41 county facilites
• Provide a safe, clean and  hygienic workplace for our customers (county employees and citizens)
• Renovate and build facilities up to $125,000.00
• Provide a work enviroment conducive to reducing distractions, creating comfort and improving the quaility of air and light
• Regulate the use of energy through cost saving strategies 

Vehicle Maintenance

• Provide in house maintenance service for 500 vehicles in the county fleet
• Schedule the replacement of vehicles

Street Sign Installation

• Erect street signs according to code; citizens are the primary requestor for this service
