IT Administration

The Administration Division of the Information Technology Department is comprised of the Director, the Assistant Director, and the IT Procurement and Administrative Specialist. It is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for the County’s hardware, software, and networking infrastructure as well as the policies for implementing this strategy.

The Division is responsible for developing the IT Department's budget, assisting all of the other County Departments and Agencies in developing their own IT Budgets, and approving all purchases of computing assets for the County.

The IT management is also responsible for ensuring that these computing assets (data, hardware, and software) are used, protected, and retired properly.
